Start your day with an hour’s Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) on the beautiful tranquil surroundings of Lower Rivington Reservoir!
We are extending our popular Pay & Play provision to include early morning sessions.
These sessions are suitable for experienced paddlers only. As a minimum you should have attended at least one of our standard Pay & Play sessions previously.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is not only great fun but can also enhance your health and wellbeing in numerous ways.
It can increase core strength and build stamina as it engages core muscles. Build abdominal strength and lean muscle tone, whilst at the same time strengthen your arms, legs, back and shoulders.
Paddle boarding also enhances joint stability. The instability of water ensures muscles critical for balance and joint support are activated.
SUP is also an effective stress reducer. The powerful combination of the water, being with nature and the sensation of seeming to stand on water.
When the weather allows, being out in the sun enables your body to produce Vitamin D which is so crucial for calcium production and strong bones.
- 6.00am – 7.00am
- 7.30am – 8.30am
£15 which includes a hot drink and breakfast snack.
