New service to improve your staff’s health and wellbeing

We genuinely believe that the mental health and wellbeing of employees is critical to the success of an organisation and have therefore teamed up with experts PT Health Coaching to deliver a comprehensive service to our corporate clients.

Our aim is to incorporate a range of services into our corporate packages, so not only will your team be able to:

  • Go sailing
  • Build rafts
  • Climb trees and climbing walls

They’ll also be able to undertake activities such as:

  • Body Balance
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Tai Chi
  • Massage

The aim of our centre is to help develop effective teamwork, improve communication, solve leadership difficulties and identify other issues which can affect the workforce such as change-management, organisational restructures and bonding teams who may work across a wide geographical area.

Your team will be able to mix and match their choices and undertake a combination of outdoor and indoor activities to challenge themselves, build stronger team relationships and relax!

He started off with a workplace health questionnaire to identify any specific stress points in the business which we could improve, as well as looking at ways we could generally improve staff health and wellbeing.
