We exhibited for the first time at the Royal Lancashire Show
this year. Despite the torrential rain during some of the show we had a very successful few days.
Our team chatted to many visitors encouraging them to take part in numerous activities such as Towers of Hanoi, puzzles and many other problem solving activities. The Towers of Hanoi proved most popular because we ran a timed competition, and participants competed to get their name on our leader board.
It wasn’t just the visitors that were impressed with our display, many fellow exhibitors also enjoyed our challenges. We benefitted from collaborating with Gainsborough Flooring
and promoted each other’s business successfully. We’re sure the complementary cookies, cupcakes and brownies also played their part!
Planning for 2020 is already underway and we’re hoping to display more of what our charity, Lancashire Outdoor Activities Initiative at The Anderton Centre has to offer.
