Q. Is there a minimum age to take part in the Adventure Club?
A. The minimum age for Adventure Club is 8 years old. We have now introduced a programme for 6-7 years on selected dates through August. 

Q. Is there ID required to pick up a child?
A. If it’s a different person picking up the child, we will have to be verbally informed by the person dropping them off. ID will be required to match the name given with verbal agreement made when the child is dropped off. If this is not possible, they will need a password to pick up the child and will be confirmed by calling the contact number we have.

Q. What activities will my child take part in?
A. We will run a range of outdoor activities to suit the group and weather on each day. This may include high ropes activities like tree climb or crate stack. Water activities such as canoeing or raft building, a walk up to Rivington Pike or bush craft. We aim to vary programs throughout the week however we cannot guarantee a particular activity on any day.  

Q. What’s the refund policy?
A. Cancellations may be made up to 2 weeks prior the activity day. No refunds will be made after this date.

Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A. No. We will have your booking details on file.
